1ère question qui me vient , est ce que tu coches le force UR preset en 2 temps pour le 2000? ( il y a une boîte de dialogue dédié au 2000 qui s'ouvre quand tu clique sur Apply )

Est-ce que le Saved Games est à son emplacement habituel à savoir C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games ?

Est-ce que ton USERNAME comporte des caractères spéciaux, genre accentués ?

Est-ce que les clés "Path" (une par installation/branche) de DCS dans le registre Windows donnent le bon chemin pour accéder au répertoire d'install DCS ?
Exemple HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World pour la branche stable. Dedans une clé Path qui chez moi comporte C:\Simu\DCS World => c'est correct
