The JTAC on Tetra are in need of RW training, and ASSASSIN will not perform CAS, they will perform a seperate WPN lesson

Because your flightplan request was made just a few hours before the event. The planning and scheduling of the ranges was conducted before you made your flightplan. Tianeti range was already booked by ASSASSIN flight doing a lesson, and by JTAC Warrior for CAS with FW assets. With 3 JTAC's, 8 flights, 3 controllers we need to plan the use of the ranges and coordinate as soon as possible in order to maximize the training for everyone. (Unfortuantly the JTAC at Tetra had technical issues with UR today, so he was unable to support with CAS there, but one cant plan for everything). For the future, if you have specific requests, let them be heard as soon as possible, and not wait until right before the event, because then things are likely already coordinated. (This is why I have emphazised to etcher that everyone participating need to signup on the website, and pay attention to the event commschatter for the planning and coordination of the event) I hope this gives a better understanding why you could not go to Tianeti.
